Biographies

Dr. Lisa Springer is the co-founder and President of EIE Partners, a consulting organization that helps higher education institutions and nonprofits build a culture of learning to support effective AI adoption. EIE provides both training and consulting services that strengthen AI literacy and integrate practical tools into everyday workflows. EIE specializes in identifying each client’s unique challenges and delivering customized AI solutions that increase efficiency, innovation, and impact.

Lisa currently serves as Inaugural Dean of the Division of Lifelong and Professional Studies and Associate Provost of Continuing and Digital Learning at the Jewish Theological Seminary, where she creates and launches new programs. Previously, as Provost of LIM College, in addition to serving as Chief Academic Officer, she expanded online learning and graduate education. Prior to this, Lisa held numerous leadership roles at NYU’s School of Professional Studies, including as Associate Dean for Global and Strategic Initiatives and Associate Dean for the Division of Languages and Humanities. In these roles, she launched international sites and collaborated across institutions to create a culture of belonging and innovation.

Lisa holds a B.A. in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University, an M.F.A. in Fiction Writing from Warren Wilson College, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from New York University.

Dr. Fiona Jaramillo is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of EIE Partners, a consulting organization that helps higher education institutions and nonprofits build a culture of learning to support effective AI adoption. EIE provides both training and consulting services that strengthen AI literacy and integrate practical tools into everyday workflows. EIE specializes in identifying each client’s unique challenges and delivering customized AI solutions that increase efficiency, innovation, and impact.

Before establishing EIE Partners, Fiona served as Senior Associate at Diversified Search Group, a leading executive search consulting firm. In this capacity, Fiona led clients through identifying and recruiting talented executives and coached senior leaders in their search process.

Prior to joining Diversified Search Group, Fiona was Chief of Staff at the NYU School of Professional Studies for seven years. In this role, Fiona served as a strategic advisor to the Dean and as a senior leadership team member. Her portfolio included strategic planning, overseeing major school-wide initiatives, institutional advancement, executive communications, and spearheading the school’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts as the inaugural inclusion officer.

Fiona holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from New York University, an M.P.A. from New York University, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from New York University.
