Biographies

Dr. Lisa Springer is co-founder and President of EIE Partners, a consulting organization collaborating with institutions to promote equity and innovation. She also serves as Associate Provost at the Jewish Theological Seminary, where she coaches senior leaders on organizational change and the creation of new programs. 

Previously, she served as Provost of LIM College, where, as the institution’s chief academic officer, she ensured excellence in teaching and scholarship, advised faculty, and developed new programs that met emerging needs. Before joining LIM, Dr. Springer held numerous leadership roles at the NYU School of Professional Studies, including as Associate Dean for Global and Strategic Initiatives and Associate Dean for the Division of Languages and Humanities. In these roles, she launched international sites, managed several global teams, and collaborated across institutions to create a culture of belonging and innovation. In addition, as a Clinical Professor at NYU, Dr. Springer facilitated countless workshops and trainings.

Dr. Springer holds a B.A. in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University, an M.F.A. in Fiction Writing from Warren Wilson College, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from New York University.

Dr. Fiona Jaramillo is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of EIE Partners, a consulting organization collaborating with institutions to promote equity and innovation, and Senior Associate at Diversified Search Group, a leading executive search consulting firm. In this capacity, Dr. Jaramillo leads clients through identifying and recruiting talented executives and coaches senior leaders in their search process.

Prior to joining Diversified Search Group, Dr. Jaramillo was Chief of Staff at the NYU School of Professional Studies for seven years. In this role, Dr. Jaramillo served as a strategic advisor to the Dean and as a senior leadership team member. Her portfolio included strategic planning, overseeing major school-wide initiatives, institutional advancement, executive communications, and spearheading the school’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts as the inaugural inclusion officer. Before joining NYU SPS, Dr. Jaramillo worked in global programs at the NYU Office of the President. In addition, throughout her time at NYU, Dr. Jaramillo designed and led workshops and trainings for students and staff.

Dr. Jaramillo holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from New York University, an M.P.A. from New York University, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from New York University.
